In addition to traditional classroom experiences, 莱西商学院 (LSB) recognizes that learning occurs through professional experience. In recognition of previous accomplishments, students can receive credit for prior learning (CPL) based on professional credentials or exams. 在所有情况下, CPL is awarded for demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of graduate-level learning, generally aligned with specific courses in the student’s plan of study.

Students are limited to no more than 9 credits for CPL in the 工商管理硕士 program. These limits include both CPL and traditional transfer credits. There is no tuition charge for these credits.
The table below lists professional credentials that are noted for the rigor and direct relevance for graduate education in business. If a student has earned a credential or passed a professional exam that is approved for credit, they must present documentation verifying the credential to the Director of 研究生 Programs. A webform will be created and posted on our website and program Canvas site. Once verified, the Director will notify the 登记 and 记录 staff of the approval of credit.
Credits will be applied to a specific course or can be counted as electives at the recommendation of the Director.
Students must apply for the credit before the start of their final semester in the graduate program. Students should be mindful of the application deadlines for graduation to avoid any delays in receiving their degree.
